also this. this is porches' girlfriend (who is kevin kline's daughter). i've been obsessed with both porches and frankie cosmos for a few months now, and funny enough they both stayed at my girlfriends house when they played a show in toronto at the horseshoe. we ended up hanging out and smoking on her porch for a while. very humble and friendly human beings (left us a cute note when they left)

I suppose post-hardcore is fairly ambiguous. i always thought of fugazi as being post-punk but i don't know. this is a good album to start with the blood brothers. they're definitely a little abrasive, it took me a while to realize that i actually really like them. it could just be a nostalgia thing for me since i listened to them when i was a kid. i dont know either tbh. im listening to this, first thing sticks out is the dude's apparently young lad kinda voice? he sounds little over 16 lol but it sounds well played out and interesting enough for me to dive in a bit, thanks

posting some blaze foley because a) i love this kind of american folk and it's not easy to come by and b) cant think of a b) definitely sounds like something townes van zandt would've written. so if you somehow don't know who that is then check him out. never heard of this guy before but that was rad. look up a song called one way street by mark lanegan, I don't wanna crowd up the thread with anymore videos, but I think you'll like that song.
