I'm taking my brid to the vet tomorrow. I think something is wrong. Periodically he loses control of right foot and in turn loses his balance and pretty much just falls over. He also becomes very stiff and collapses his feathers. He did it again today and I looked online and it could be a tumor or something.
I sure as billy-goat hope not.

Took my brid to the vet and they said it sounds like he might be having a seizure. Then listed of a number of things that could be causing it.
We went with one option to mark it off the list of possibilities. If it happens again then it is probably for sure seizures and could be a tumor or cyst causing it. Or liver disease, etc.

I've had so many pets its ridiculous. Most memorable would have to be a hamster named Michaelangelo (from TMNT). He lived to be 8 years old. When he died, my brother and I constructed a funeral pyre from sticks then burnt him up like the viking that he was.
I had to have a horse put down last year. She was super arthritic and it was causing her a lot of pain just to walk. Instead of racking up a huge bill from the vet and disposal (insert dog food) company, my dad got in touch with a big cat rescue that is located about an hour from my house. That guy shot her in my drive way, wenched her onto the flat bed truck and took her flesh to the lions.
Just 2 weeks ago I backed over one of my own kittens. That one still makes me nauseous.

Mougley, he was a miniature pincher cross bred with something else. My uncle had him until he was like 4 and im pretty sure he abused it because of how messed up he was. He only ever got along with me realy. Favorite thing to do was eat flys, we were an amzing team. Id swat em lightly and throw em to the ground and hed get them in a flash. Id spent hours doing that. This guy came to our house for a delivery and let him run out the gate and we never saw the stupid billy-goat again.

The day he ran away i made pizza pops and accidentally put them in for like 5 minutes, i had them laying out to cool off and he ate them when i wasnt in the room. They were insanely hot and bubbling so he must of burned the shit outta his mouth
