This thread was pretty good until I realized the rest of the thread wasn't quite like bens first posts But yes, I enjoy carpenter ben. I am glad you took the recommendation, they live is a damn good movie. QQ this thread in this ridiculous forum isn't 100% serious ON A SERIOUS NOTE though, why midnight in paris? But more importantly why not vicky cristina barcelona? Why no cassandra's dream? Why no match point? Hell I even preferred whatever works to midnight in paris if only because larry davis was quite an amusing woody allen

midnight in paris was the first woody allen movie i saw all the way, because it was new at the time. the others are his top movies on rotten tomatoes, minus sleeper (for some reason) and then i forgot to put bullets over broadway on my tiers. that movie is prob tier 1 cause i really liked it

Have you watched goodfellas yet? It's a good one! Joe Pesci makes for a great mobster. It's kinda funny how I knew him as the bad guy from home alone. He's one of the most profanity laden actors out there and in home alone he couldn't even say piss. Though it was pretty funny watching him come up with the gibberish instead.
Home Alone is a shitty movie looking back at it

Home Alone is a shitty movie looking back at it i haven't, though it is on my list! ive seen casino, though, which is deniro + pesci and he's great in that. i get what youre saying and a great example of that from casino is when he calls one of his henchman a "shit-kickin, stinky, horse-manure-smelling motherbilly-goater". joe pesci should never say the word "stinky" i havent seen home alone in a long time but ive heard that it holds up if you can stand it being for kids (i dont think i could)

hello movies thread i am sorta behind i guess!! i watched blue velvet and boogie nights, though i liked them both A LOT, my favorite part of blue velvet was dean stockwell's music number and my favorite part of boogie nights was, maybe, the end boogie nights felt a lot longer (it is longer by a half hour) but it was a nice feast of a movie so i cant complain about more good stuff!!! here is a good shot from boogie nights and a good one from blue velveti really love very weird things so blue velvet was particularly good to me, but at the same time the cheesy romance (it served its purpose, i understand) got in the way of some things. i really cant say which i liked more, but in any case i look forward to more PTA as well as lynch!!
