alright so basically I need to drop about 20 pounds. just feel like doo doo all the time, no energy, etc. I should be at about 150, I'm around 170, maybe a little more. mostly I just need to break sh itty habits. too much beer and chips and all that. but my question is about exercise. normally my fall back exercise would be jogging with some sit-ups and stuff like that even though I couldn't do it very long because of asthma. now that it's cold and the air is thin, jogging isn't really an option. probably couldn't do it for more than 10 minutes. so does anyone know a decent effective routine I can do inside for an hour or whatever the billy-goat every day to couple with my diet? id google it but I know theres a couple people here who might actually know what they're talking about.
also dont bring any extra money when you get out. just bring enough to pay for transportation or anything you actually need to pay for. if you do accidentally spend the money on food you'd be forced to walk home and burn off the food you just ate!
