ANYWAY, I've been dealing with muscle strain in my arms for the past 6 months or so and it has been a bitch to say the least! Around last May, between working around the clock like an idiot and being a musician, I kinda forgot to rest my arms properly. SO, I had to take time off of work earlier this summer to rest them but couldn't afford to do so for long enough, so I started working like a yutz again in August. Now here I am, months later and still hurting but slowly healing. Even now typing this is burning my wrists. It literally pains me to speak to you, spame.
But yeah, apparently it's a common thing to happen between ages 25-44 and it is very shitty, so remember to rest your arms/leg/genitals etc. once in a while.

i currently have bronchitis and i have asthma normally so it's something i gotta keep an eye on. i broke my foot a little bit ago and ended up having to quit my job because surprise, retail minimum wage jobs won't accommodate for that especially when they can hire seasonal workers to replace u. i also have either arthritis or carpal tunnel in my left wrist, im not sure which, but arthritis medication helps it and im too young for arthritis so im assuming it's not that. also anemic which is kind of a pain but i just take a supplement but i can't donate blood or plasma bc they won't take them. also recovering from sum addiction but whatever it happens. on the plus side my foot is getting better, it doesn't start really hurting right now until about two hours on my feet so im hoping within the next few months ill be able to work again. my vision is very poor but luckily it's not related to any neurological issues so while it's degrading it should be fixable with surgery eventually and ill always need glasses but with any luck won't go completely blind. i have chronic back pain from being. overdeveloped but my insurance might cover a breast reduction after i consult with a few more doctors that would be willing to classify it as a medical need and not a cosmetic thing, but again what w me being in my early 20s they might wait. but on the plus side my wisdom teeth grew in perfectly and can stay in for the rest of my life so i don't gotta worry about that
