HI GOAT LOVERS
This is the official sign up thread to participate in the comic tournament. Please post saying you'd like to join, and add in a character when you have one.
This tournament is more lax than previous years and is based on fun. Since we're all adult babies now some of us have jobs and shit and get busy with stuff, there's less pressure.
- each person can take up to 5 days to complete their comic turn. Extensions can be given if you really need it.
- Still voted on by the public, but just vote which one you like more because that's what everyone did anyway.
- THERE ARE NO PRIZES so your pride in your comic is reward enough.
These sign ups will be open for a week or whenever there hasn't been a new participant for a few days. If there's any old favorite person of yours who hasn't been to this new forum yet and might be interested go ahead and let em know.

JULIO, THE TIME-TRAVELLING MEXICAN In the year 2051, time travel is a widespread reality. The world's most sophisticated quantum mechanics labs are located in underground Mexico. Enter our hero Julio, the world's first recipient of the TD-Chip Implant (Temporal Displacement), which allows it's host to travel any direction in time simply by thinking it. Unfortunately, being the first chip of its kind, it began malfunctioning shortly after its first use. Ever since then, Julio has been randomly jumping through time at unexpected intervals, taking anyone or anything he is touching with him. A mild-mannered and humble hombre, he has been making the best of an unfortunate situation and uses his time travel abilities to comb history in search of work. The pockets of his baggy corduroys contain a seemingly endless inventory. His English is not very good... or so you think! |
